福鼎市雷暴气候特征及气象防雷减灾对策  

Climatic Characteristics of Thunderstorm and Countermeasures for Meteorological Lightning Protection and Disaster Reduction in Fuding City

摘　　要：通过收集整理福建省宁德市福鼎市1981—2011年近31年间的逐日雷暴观测资料,分析出具体的本地雷暴发生时空分布、年际、月际和日变化的特征。结果表明:宁德市福鼎市雷暴日31年平均47 d,年际变化整体呈下降趋势,4—9月份为雷暴集中出现时段,占全年雷暴总日数的87%,月际雷暴发生次数呈显著单峰型特征,峰值出现在8月份;每日13:00~20:00为一天之中雷暴集中出现时段;雷暴持续时长以不超过1 h为最多。在深入研究福鼎市雷暴气候特征的基础上,针对性地提出了一些相关的气象防雷减灾对策,以供参考。By collecting and sorting out the daily thunderstorm observation data in Fuding City, Ningde City, Fujian Province from 1981 to 2011, this paper analyzed the specific characteristics of local thunderstorm occurrence, spatial-temporal distribution,interannual, monthly and diurnal changes. The results showed that the average Thunderstorm Day in Fuding City of Ningde city was 47days in 31 years, and the interannual change showed a downward trend as a whole. The period from April to September was the time of thunderstorm concentration, accounting for 87% of the total thunderstorm days in the whole year. The number of monthly thunderstorms showed a significant single peak feature, and the peak appears in August;13~20 o’clock every day was the time of thunderstorm concentration;The duration of thunderstorm was no more than 1 h. Based on the indepth study of the climatic characteristics of thunderstorms in Fuding City, the relevant meteorological lightning protection and some disaster reduction countermeasures were put forward for reference.
