摘 要:购销差是长期以来困扰着国内城市管道燃气经营的普遍性难题。购销差率的高低直接影响燃气企业的经济效益和社会效益,反映燃气企业整体经营管理水平,因此如何降低购销差是我国城镇燃气企业普遍面临的重要问题。首先阐述国内购销差管理现状;然后从计量管理、管网管理、用户管理三个方面分析某城镇燃气企业购销差的形成原因;最后从技术和管理等方面提出降低购销差的相关措施。The purchase and sale difference is a common problem that has plagued the operation of pipeline gas in domestic cities for a long time.The level of the purchase and sale difference rate directly affects the economic and social benefits of gas enterprises,which also reflects their overall operation and management level.Therefore,how to reduce the purchase and sale difference is an important issue faced by urban gas enterprises in China.Firstly,the current situation of purchase and sale difference management in China is expounded;Then,this paper analyzes the causes of the poor purchase and sale difference of a certain town gas enterprise from three aspects:metering management,pipe network management and user management;Finally,the relevant measures are put forward to reduce the purchase and sale difference from the aspects of technology and management.
