摘 要:针对微小晶体光学试件从无序到有序、在连续运动中精确定位难的问题,基于机械零件加工六点定位原理,辅以特别引导和定位机构,构建了振动理料、槽轮离散、端面凸轮升降和浮动定位一体的微小试件离散与精确定位系统,融合往复运动、间歇机构、凸轮机构和同步带传动等实现了微小试件的准确定位。运用对数螺旋曲面和壁板结合保证试件的有效引导和顺利定位。采用特别设计的槽轮机构,运用包络和光滑相切过渡,在槽轮上制成按共轭原理的试件转入与分离,不仅实现对试件的均用分离,而且通过同步带传动驱动端面凸轮机构,实现对试件的运动状态下的同步浮动定位。Aiming at the problem that tiny crystal optical specimens change from disorder to order, and it is difficult to accurately locate in continuous motion, based on the principle of six-point positioning in mechanical parts processing,supplemented by special guidance and positioning mechanisms, a discrete and precise positioning system for small specimen is constructed, which includes vibratory material handling, sheave discretization, face cam lift and floating positioning. The integration of reciprocating motion, intermittent mechanism, cam mechanism and synchronous belt drive realizes the accurate positioning of tiny specimens. The logarithmic helical surface is combined with the wall plate to ensure the effective guidance and smooth positioning of the specimen. A specially designed sheave mechanism is employed, which utilizes enveloping and smooth tangent transitions. The transfer and separation of the test piece according to the conjugate principle is made on the sheave, which not only realizes the separation and separation of the test piece,but also drives the end face cam mechanism through the synchronous belt drive to realize the synchronous floating positioning of the test piece under the moving state.
