摘  要:为了验证增材制造的铝合金接头是否满足使用工况载荷要求,分析了影响试验精度的因素并确定试验夹具设计指标,设计了铝合金接头的静力试验方案并进行试验验证,获得了可靠的试验数据;通过试验结果与有限元仿真结果的比较,验证了试验方案的可行性和有限元分析结果的精度,为类似增材制造构件的静力试验提供了可参考的方法,具有工程应用价值和现实意义。In order to verify whether the aluminum alloy joint made by additive manufacturing can meet the load requirements of working conditions, the factors affecting the test accuracy are analyzed, and the design index of test fixture is determined. The static test scheme of aluminum alloy joint is designed and verified, and reliable test data are obtained.By comparing the experimental results with the finite element simulation results, the feasibility of the experimental scheme and the accuracy of the finite element analysis results are verified, which provides a reference method for the static test of similar additive manufacturing components, and has engineering application value and practical significance.
