摘　　要：基于新的数据交换标准STEP-NC,分析了XML语言与EXPRESS语言的映射关系及几种类型的具体映射,提出一种XML Schema库的建立及文件之间的相互转换方法,使数控加工文件可以在网络间进行传播,实现了信息的集成与共享,提高了数控系统的开放性,为企业间的数控加工文件的流通提供了便利。通过加工零件实例测试了STEP-NC加工文件转换成XML文件、下载,然后再把XML文件转换成STEP-NC文件的过程,验证了方法的正确性和有效性。Based on the new data exchange standard STEP-NC, this paper presents a new method of data exchange based on STEP-NC. After analyzing the mapping relation between XML language and EXPRESS language and the concrete mapping of several types, a method of building XML Schema Library and converting files to each other is put forward, the NC processing file can be spread among the network, the integration and sharing of information are realized, the openness of the NC system is improved, and the circulation of NC processing file between enterprises is facilitated. The process of STEP-NC converting to XML file, downloading, and then converting XML file to STEP-NC file is tested by an example of machining parts, and the correctness and validity of the method are verified.
