摘  要:泵轮总成是液力变矩器循环圆的重要组成,在泵轮轴套的焊接过程中泵轮总成产生形变,从而影响液力变矩器的流体性能。文中利用SYSWELD焊接有限元分析软件对泵轮轴套焊接过程中的变形趋势进行预测,并通过CFD有限元分析软件分析了焊接变形对流体性能的影响,分析结果与试验结果吻合。研究结果表明,泵轮轴套焊接变形导致泵轮叶栅与其它工作轮的叶栅间距减小,导致变矩比上升,容量系数下降。The impeller assembly is an important part of the torus of the torque converter. During welding the impeller hub, the impeller assembly will deform, which affects the fluid performance of torque converter. This paper uses the SYSWELD to predict the deformation of the impeller hub welding, and calculates the influence of welding deformation on the fluid performance of TC by CFD. The simulation results are same as experimental results. The results show that the welding deformation of the impeller hub leads to the reduction of the spacing between the pump impeller and the other working wheels, resulting in an increase in the torque ratio and a decrease in the capacity coefficient.
