摘  要:以20 t/h移动式单臂连续混砂机为研究对象。应用泵体循环系统,在水玻璃输送管道中加装换向阀,使混砂机泵体在不混砂时继续工作,将抽出来的水玻璃重新返回到水玻璃储存罐中,可避免由于泵体停机造成空气进入,影响砂型质量,节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率。为清理残留完的水玻璃与石英砂,在水玻璃喷头处加装自动清洗功能。在水玻璃和固化剂罐外设置溢流保护套桶,在溢流保护套桶内通过水浴对水玻璃、固化剂进行加热,具有恒温自动控制功能。A 20 t/h mobile single-arm continuous sand mixer is taken as the research object. The pump body circulation system is applied, and a reversing valve is installed in the water glass conveying pipeline, so that the pump body of the sand mixer continues to work when the sand is not mixed, and the pumped water glass is returned to the water glass storage tank. This can avoid the entry of air caused by the shutdown of the pump body, which affects the quality of the sand mold. The production cost is saved, and the production efficiency is improved. In order to clean up the remaining water glass and quartz sand, an automatic cleaning function is installed at the water glass nozzle. An overflow protective sleeve barrel is arranged outside the water glass and curing agent tank, and the water glass and the curing agent are heated by a water bath in the overflow protective sleeve barrel, which has the function of constant temperature automatic control.
