摘 要:与汽轮机设备连接的进汽管、排汽管、抽汽管等主要管道,由于其运行参数高、尺寸较大、距离较长,其端口会产生较大的推力和力矩,直接影响设备稳定性。国内分体负责制的工作现状,导致在管道设计和安装阶段造成缺失控制项。文中通过比对国内外管道工作流程,分析目前国内管道设计安装中存在的不足,总结需要考虑的工况和因素,分析其影响效果,建立管道计算和安装控制体系,完善汽缸稳定性控制体系,达到管道与汽轮机一体化设计目标。Due to the high operating parameters, large size and long distance of the main pipes connected to the steam turbine equipment, such as the steam inlet pipe, the exhaust pipe and the steam extraction pipe, the port will generate a large thrust and moment, which will directly affect the equipment stability. The work status of the domestic split responsibility system has resulted in the lack of control items in the pipeline design and installation stages. By comparing the domestic and foreign pipeline workflows, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current domestic pipeline design and installation, summarizes the working conditions and factors that need to be considered, analyzes its influence,establishes a pipeline calculation and installation control system, and improves the cylinder stability control system. The integrated design goal of pipeline and steam turbine is achieved.
