扶正化瘀法治疗脓毒症相关凝血功能障碍机制的研究进展

摘　　要：脓毒症是一种全身炎症反应综合征,往往伴随着免疫功能、凝血功能的失调,并且能够导致全身多脏器损伤,从而危及生命。凝血障碍是脓毒症病程进展中重要的一环,这一过程的发生除了病原体诱导凝血激活外,还有损伤相关分子模式、中性粒细胞外诱捕网、胞外小泡和糖萼损伤等同样参与了脓毒症诱导凝血障碍的发病。近年来研究发现,中药对于脓毒症相关凝血功能障碍的治疗具有一定的优势,尤其是扶正化瘀法在研究中表现出了良好的凝血系统调节作用。扶正化瘀法能够通过促进内皮祖细胞向血内释放、抗氧化应激及内皮凋亡等作用来维持内皮完整、减缓内皮损伤,能够通过抗血小板及抗凝血作用来解除血液高凝状态,从而减轻脓毒症相关的凝血障碍。本文就扶正化瘀法应用于脓毒症相关凝血功能障碍的研究成果进行综述。Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory syndrome,which is often accompanied by disorders of immune and coagulation function,and can lead to multiple organ injuries,thus endangering life.Coagulation disorder is an important part in the progression of sepsis.In addition to pathogen-induced coagulation activation,injury-related molecular patterns,neutrophil external trapping net,extracellular vesicles and glycocalyx injury can also lead to the occurrence of sepsis induced coagulation disorder.In recent years,it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of sepsis-induced coagulopathy.In particular,Fuzheng Huayu Method has shown a good regulating effect on the coagulation system.Therefore,this paper reviews the research results of Fuzheng Huayu Method applied to sepsis-induced coagulopathy.
