血管内栓塞治疗在颅内动脉瘤并发脑梗死患者中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤并发脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2021年6月在沈阳医学院附属中心医院收治的70例颅内动脉瘤并发脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和试验组(35例)。对照组采用显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术方法,试验组采用血管内栓塞治疗方法,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果试验组总有效率、Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分(ASPECT评分)优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,试验组的新发脑梗死灶总发生率、不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内介入栓塞法能更有效地治疗脑动脉瘤并脑梗死,安全性更高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intravascular embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 70 patients with intracranial aneurysm complicated with cerebral infarction admitted to Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intracranial aneurysm clipping under microscope,and the experimental group was treated with intravascular embolization.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and the excellent and good rate of Alberta stroke program early CT(ASPECT score)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the total incidence of new cerebral infarction foci and total adverse reaction rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravascular embolization can treat intracranial aneurysm complicated with cerebral infarction more effectively,with higher safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
