摘　　要：近年来,由于人口老龄化、饮食和生活方式改变以及肥胖的流行等因素,痛风的患病率逐年增加,痛风已经成为全球范围内最广泛存在的炎症性关节炎。然而,痛风的疾病管理却非常不乐观。近年来,国外的研究者开始关注到护士在痛风疾病管理中的作用,并开展了一些研究进行了相应的探索。为阐述目前护理在痛风性关节炎疾病管理中的作用,本文对相关文献进行综述。Due to aging population,diets and lifestyles changing,and the obesity epidemic,the prevalence of gout has increased recently,and gout has become the most widespread inflammatory arthritis worldwide.However,the management of gout is still very unoptimistic.Foreign researchers recently began to focus on the role of nurses in gout management and conducted several studies.This article reviewed the relevant literature to discuss the role of nurses in the management of gout.
