推广刮痧保健服务包在社区中医预防保健中作用的研究

摘　　要：目的通过对社区居民推广刮痧保健服务包,对其中医预防保健作用进行研究。方法选取2021年9月至2022年2月上海市接受刮痧保健包服务的社区居民400例,采用随机数字表法分为刮痧保健组和对照组,每组200例。对照组采用常规社区科普讲座形式,内容包括每月组织1次科普讲座。刮痧保健组在对照组的基础上,发放刮痧保健服务包一份。两组观察周期均为3个月。结果刮痧保健组相关常见疾病知识掌握评分(89.3±5.1)和刮痧方法掌握评分(90.7±4.6)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。刮痧保健组身体健康评分(85.2±4.9)和科普宣教满意度评分(91.8±4.3)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组居民的心理健康评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论刮痧保健服务包对广大社区居民的中医预防保健有较好的社会指导作用和意义,值得在社区推广。Objective To study the role of the characteristic scraping health care package in the prevention and health care of traditional Chinese medicine through the promotion of the characteristic scraping health care package for community grassroots citizens.Methods 400 community residents who received promotion services in Shanghai from September 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into scraping health care group and control group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group used the form of conventional community science lectures,and organized one science lecture every month.The scraping health care group distributed a scraping health care service package to the participating residents on the basis of the control group.The observation period of each group was 3 months.Results The scores of knowledge of related common diseases(89.3±5.1)and scraping methods(90.7±4.6)in the scraping health care group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The physical health score(85.2±4.9)and the satisfaction score of science popularization and Education(91.8±4.3)of the residents in the scraping health care group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mental health score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The promotion of scraping health care treatment package has a good social guiding role and significance for the needs of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and health care of the majority of community residents,and it is worth promoting in the majority of communities.
