摘　　要：目的分析研究三期尘肺患者选择规范化呼吸训练对上腹部MRI检查的效果,确保后续检查工作精准性。方法将重庆医药高等专科学校附属第一医院放射科在2021年1—12月期间接诊治疗的60例三期尘肺患者作为对象开展研究工作,将参与研究的对象平均划分成两组,对照组30例患者选择常规指导,干预组30例患者选择规范化呼吸训练。医护人员在研究工作结束后,对两组患者的上腹部检查时长、上腹部图像质量及患者满意度进行比对。结果将干预组患者满意度、上腹部图像质量、上腹部检查时间相关数据作为对照参考,干预组患者优势显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三期尘肺患者选择规范化呼吸训练做上腹部MRI检查能够加强成像质量,减少成像时间,使患者满意度得以提升,确保其配合医护人员完成检查工作。该训练方法应在尘肺病患者检查过程中广泛应用。Objective To analyze and study the effect of standardized breathing training on upper abdominal MRI in patients with stageⅢpneumoconiosis,so as to ensure the accuracy of followup examination.Methods 60 patients with stageⅢpneumoconiosis received and treated by the department of radiology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical College from January to December 2021 were selected as subjects for the study.The subjects participating in the study were divided into two groups on average.30patients in the control group chose routine guidance and 30 patients in the intervention group chose standardized respiratory training.After the study,the medical staff compared the upper abdomen examination duration,image quality and patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results Taking the data related to the satisfaction of patients in the observation group,the image quality of upper abdomen and the examination time of upper abdomen as the control reference,the patients in the observation group had significant advantages and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with stageⅢpneumoconiosis choose standardized breathing training for upper abdominal MRI examination,which can strengthen the imaging quality,reduce the imaging time,improve the satisfaction of patients and ensure their cooperation with medical staff to complete the examination.This training method should be widely used in the examination of pneumoconiosis patients.
