摘　　要：目的评估我院全科医学住培医师医患沟通能力。方法选取2019年10月在我院的全部全科住培医师43名,应用《医患沟通技能评价表》(SEGUE)量表多维度进行医患沟通水平评价。比较分析不同年级住培医师SEGUE量表各维度得分及总分之间的差异。结果43名住培医师SEGUE量表总分4~21分,平均(14.1±3.8)分;随着年级增高SEGUE量表总分显著增高,三年级住培医师信息给予、结束问诊得分显著高于其他年级(P<0.05),一年级住培医师信息收集得分显著低于其他年级(P<0.05),准备、理解患者得分各年级之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医患沟通是建立和谐的医患关系、提高诊疗质量和减少医患纠纷的重要前提。全科住培医师医患沟通培训仍需的得到重视,尤其是加强人文关怀。Objective To evaluate the level of doctorpatient communication skills of general practitioners in our hospital.Methods A total of 43 general practitioners who were trained in our hospital in October 2019 were selected,and the skill level of these doctors for communicating with patients was assessed by SEGUE scale.To compare the differences of the scores of each dimension and the total score of SEGUE in different grades.Results The total score of SEGUE was 4~21,with an average of(14.1±3.8)points;with the increase of grade,the total score of SEGUE increased significantly,the score of information giving and end of interrogation in grade three was significantly higher than that in other grades(P<0.05),and the score of information collection in grade one was significantly lower than that in other grades(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of preparation and understanding among different grades(P>0.05).Conclusion The ability of doctor-patient communication is an important prerequisite for building a harmonious doctorpatient relationship,improving medical quality and reducing medical disputes.We should strengthen general practice training,pay attention to doctor-patient communication and training,especially strengthen humanistic care.
