针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型中风临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合补阳还五汤加减对气虚血瘀型中风患者的疗效。方法将辽阳辽化医院2019年8月—2020年8月收诊的124例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组口服补阳还五汤加减,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加针刺治疗。观察并记录患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分、中医证候评分和日常生活能力巴氏指数(BI)评分;用ELISA法检测患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、神经生长因子(NGF)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的含量。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.32%(56/62),显著高于对照组的77.42%(48/62)(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分、中医证候评分、BI指数评分及血清生化指标均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的相应指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型中风的效果显著,且安全性高。Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on stroke patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 124 patients admitted from August 2019 to August 2020 in Liaoyang Liaohua Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.NIHSS score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and Barthel Index(BI)score were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),nerve growth factor(NGF)and hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)were detected by ELISA.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90.32%(56/62),which was significantly higher than 77.42%(48/62)in control group(P<0.05).NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score,BI index score and serum biochemical indexes in two groups after treatment were significantly better than before(P<0.05).After treatment,the corresponding indexes of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction is effective and safe in treating stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
