摘　　要：水饮为邪的相关疾病病因病机复杂且病程进展易变化多端,在中医内科杂病中是极其重要的内容,《金匮要略》阐述“痰饮”病与“水气”病涉及条文方药众多,具体运用无不处处体现辨证论治的灵活性,基于原文分析二者的因机证治都具有密不可分的关联性,仲景的学术精髓不只是学习辨证论治的一方一药,更重要的是在于掌握其治法治则,从而以法统方、行方智圆,对《金匮要略》水饮疾病进行总结探析有助于临证时起到提纲挈领的指导作用。The etiology and pathogenesis of the diseases related to water pathogen are complicated and the course of the disease is easy to change.It is extremely important in the miscellaneous diseases of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber explains the retention of phlegm and fluid disease and the water pathogen disease.There are many prescriptions involved,and the specific application shows the flexibility of syndrome differentiation and treatment everywhere.Based on the original analysis,the two factors are inseparable.Zhongjing’s academic essence is not only one side of the study of syndrome differentiation and treatment,but also more important.It lies in mastering its rule of law prescribing method and extensive knowledge.The summary and analysis of water pathogen disease in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber will help to play a guiding role in the clinical syndrome.
