摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是好发于中老年人的临床常见病,王明杰教授根据多年临床经验及对玄府理论的研究,认为肝肾亏虚,外邪侵袭所致玄府闭郁是膝骨关节炎的基本病机,以开玄补虚作为基本治法,即在补益同时加入开通玄府之方药,以达走、通、散、行等功效,以通为补,运用经验方膝痹丸加减配合外治法,对于膝骨关节炎早中期疗效确切,值得深入研究。Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical disease that occurs in middle-aged and elderly people.According to many years of clinical experience and research on Xuanfu theory,Professor Wang Mingjie thinks that deficiency of liver and kidney and Xuanfu depression caused by invasion of exogenous evil are the basic pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis.The basic treatment method is to open Xuanfu,that is,to add Xuanfu prescriptions at the same time of tonifying,so as to achieve the effects of walking,dredging,dispersing and moving,and to supplement with dredging.The application of Xibi pill combined with external treatment has definite curative effect on knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage,which is worthy of further study.
