摘　　要：《黄帝内经》言“出入废则神机化灭,升降息则气立孤危”,人的正常生命活动需要靠气的升降出入运动来维持,气的升降出入失常易使人体内湿、痰、瘀、毒堆积与胶结成形,更阻滞气机,形成恶性循环,是肿瘤发生与发展的基本原因。广东省名中医冯崇廉教授发挥前贤“分消走泄”法并应用于临床治疗肿瘤,擅长运用温胆汤分消湿、痰、瘀、毒等实邪,令邪有出路,恢复气机通而不滞、畅而不郁的状态,使浊邪无所依附,从而阻断肿瘤的发展。The Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor says“once the qi movement in and out of the human body stops,the external form that depends on the existence of gasification also dies out.”People’s normal life activities need to be maintained by the ascending and descending qi movement.The abnormal ascending and descending qi movement can easily cause the accumulation and cementation of dampness,phlegm,blood stasis and toxin in human body,block the qi mechanism and form a vicious circle,which is the basic reason for the occurrence and development of tumor.Professor Feng Chonglian,a famous traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province,is good at using Wendan decoction to eliminate dampness,phlegm,blood stasis,toxin and other pathogenic factors.It can restore the state that qi is unblocked but not stagnated,smooth but not depressed,make the turbid pathogen have no attachment,and block the development of tumor.
