五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗痰热闭肺型儿童支气管肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤在痰热闭肺型儿童支气管肺炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月—2020年6月于江西省宜春市中医院接受治疗的痰热闭肺型支气管肺炎患儿90例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组行西药治疗,研究组加用五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗,连续治疗7 d。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医证候积分、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤在痰热闭肺型儿童支气管肺炎治疗中安全可靠,能够有效缓解临床症状,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wuhu decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchial pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung who were treated in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Wuhu decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction for 7 consecutive days.Results The total effective rate in study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type.It can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
