摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期妇女月经紊乱最常见的原因之一,其病机复杂,病程较长,且存在由气到血的转化过程,根据《黄帝内经》“肾为先天之本”,作者认为多囊卵巢综合征总以肾虚为本,多为本虚标实,本虚为肾阴虚型、肾阳虚型及肾精不足,标邪为痰、瘀、湿、热,并附以相应的临床表现、治法、方药,以期为多囊卵巢综合征之治疗提供新思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most common causes of menstrual disorders in women of childbearing age.Its pathogenesis is complex,the course of the disease is longer,and there is a transformation process from qi to blood.According to“kidney is the foundation of the innate.”in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,the author believes that polycystic ovary syndrome is always based on kidney deficiency,mostly based on deficiency and superimposing the excess.The original deficiency is the type of kidney yin deficiency,the type of kidney yang deficiency and the deficiency of kidney essence,and the sign of evil is phlegm,stasis,dampness,heat,with corresponding clinical manifestations,treatment results,and prescriptions,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
