从寒邪闭郁玄府探讨多囊卵巢综合征的治疗

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)为内分泌科常见疾病,西医疗效有限且不良作用较大。中医认为本病的发生多与肾虚相关,并累及肝、脾两脏;或是肾气本虚,兼夹肝气不舒、脾气不调而加重肾气之损伤。因此治疗本病一般以补肾活血、健脾化痰、疏肝解郁为主要方法。而随着现代生活方式的改变,寒邪闭郁玄府这一多囊卵巢综合征的重要病机常常被忽视,文章试着从寒邪郁闭玄府探讨多囊卵巢综合征的形成与治疗,并附上验案1则,希望对临床中诊治此类疾病有所启示。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common disease in department of endocrinology.Western medicine has limited efficacy and serious side effects.The occurrence of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine is mostly related to kidney deficiency,involving the liver and spleen,or kidney qi deficiency with discomfort of liver qi and irregular spleen qi,which aggravates the injury of kidney qi.Therefore,the main treatment of this disease is tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation,invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm,soothing the liver and relieving depression.With the change of modern way,the important pathogenesis of PCOS is often ignored.This paper tries to explore the formation and treatment of PCOS from the perspective of cold pathogen blocking stagnation Xuanfu.A case study is attached,hoping to provide some enlightenment for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases in clinic.
