摘 要:目的研究黄芩生品与不同炮制品之间的质量差异,为优选优质中药饮片提供参考。方法根据2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》检测法,对黄芩生品及不同炮制品中所含水分、醇溶性浸出物的含量进行测定、薄层色谱、显微鉴别等进行比较。结果水分含量的高低顺序为:黄芩生品>酒黄芩>黄芩炭;醇溶性浸出物含量高低顺序为:黄芩生品>酒黄芩>黄芩炭;薄层色谱分离效果好;显微鉴别中,生黄芩石细胞体积正常,酒黄芩、黄芩炭石细胞体积缩小,且细胞颜色变暗。结论黄芩经炮制后,其水分含量及醇溶性浸出物含量皆发生了变化,同时不同炮制品之间的显微鉴别也发生了变化,其中以石细胞变化较为显著。得出结论是不同的炮制方法对黄芩药材的质量产生了影响。本方法可靠且简便易行,可为黄芩质量标准研究提供参考。Objective To study the quality difference between raw products and processed products of Scutellaria baicalensis and to provide reference for the selection of high-quality Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods According to the detection method in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition),the content of water and alcohol soluble extract in raw products of Scutellaria baicalensis and different processed products were determined,TLC and microscopic identification were compared.Results The water content of Scutellaria baicalensis was decreased in order of Scutellaria baicalensis,Scutellaria baicalensis wine and Scutellaria baicalensis char.The content of alcohol soluble extract was decreased in order of Scutellaria baicalensis,Scutellaria baicalensis wine,Scutellaria baicalensis char.Thin layer chromatography separation effect is good.In the microscopic identification,the volume of raw Scutellaria scutellaria cells was normal,the volume of Scutellaria wine and Scutellaria scutellaria carbonite cells was reduced,and the cell color was darkened.Conclusion After processing,the content of water and alcohol soluble extract of Scutellaria baicalensis have changed,and the microscopic identification of different processed products has also changed,among which the change of stone cells is more significant.The results showed that different processing methods had influence on the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis.The method is reliable,simple and feasible,and can provide reference for the quality standard research of Scutellaria baicalensis.
