摘　　要：目的研究oXiris-内毒素吸附技术治疗脓毒症休克患者的临床效果。方法选择2021年5月至2022年6月河南科技大学第一附属医院各科收治的需要进行连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)治疗的脓毒症休克患者60例,随机均分为研究组(N=30)和对照组(N=30)。对照组患者使用常规滤器进行治疗,研究组患者使用oXiris滤器进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的心率、呼吸频率、去甲肾上腺素(NE)使用剂量、全身感染相关性器官功能衰竭评价系统(sofa)评分、降钙素原(PCT)水平、血乳酸值、血小板、血肌酐和尿量。结果经过治疗后,两组患者的心率、呼吸频率、NE使用剂量、sofa评分、PCT水平、血乳酸值、血小板与血肌酐与本组治疗前相比较均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)尿量均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,研究组对心率、呼吸频率、NE使用剂量、sofa评分、PCT水平、血乳酸值的降低效果显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OXiris-内毒素吸附技术可以更加有效地改善脓毒症休克患者的血流动力学指标、降低血液的乳酸水平与感染指标,改善器官功能,对脓毒症休克患者的临床治疗效果更好,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of OXiris-endotoxin adsorption in the treatment of septic shock.Methods A total of 60 patients with septic shock who needed continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group(N=30)and control group(N=30).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional hemofilter,while patients in the study group were treated with oXiris hemofilter.The heart rate,respiratory rate,norepinephrine(norepinephrine,NE)dosage,and Sepsis-related organ FAI Lureassessment(sepsis-related organ fai lureassessment,sofa)score,procalcitonin(PCT)level,blood lactate value,platelet,serum creatinine,and urine output were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate,NE dosage,sofa score,PCT level,blood lactate value,platelet,and serum creatinine of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and urine output in two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The reduction effects of the study group on heart rate,respiratory rate,NE dosage,sofa score,PCT level,and blood lactate value were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxiris-endotoxin adsorption technology could more effectively ameliorate hemodynamic index,reduce the blood lactate level and infection indicators in patients with septic shock,improved organ function,and had a better clinical treatment effect on patients with septic shock,which was worthy of promotion.
