摘  要:目的分析孕早期先兆流产进行子宫动脉血流参数彩色多普勒超声检查对其结局的预测价值研究。方法临床选择2020年1月至2021年12月南阳市第一人民医院收治的126例早期先兆流产为研究组,同期选择妊娠早期健康女性126例为对照组,全部研究对象均予以彩色多普勒超声检查,分析两组的子宫动脉血流参数指标和妊娠结局。结果与对照组相比,研究组双侧的子宫动脉血流参数均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组的持续妊娠28周例数显著减低,而中途流产比例显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先兆流产结局进行子宫动脉血流参数彩色多普勒超声检查预测价值较高,可作为临床保胎疗法提供科学的参考依据。Objective To analyze the predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound examination of uterine artery blood flow parameters for threatened abortion in early pregnancy.Methods 126 patients with early threatened abortion from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study group,and 126 healthy women with early pregnancy were selected as the control group during the same period.All subjects were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the uterine artery blood flow parameters and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the blood flow parameters of bilateral uterine arteries in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the number of cases of continuous pregnancy at 28 weeks in the study group decreased significantly,while the proportion of Midway abortion increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination of uterine artery blood flow parameters has a high predictive value for the outcome of threatened abortion,and can be used as a scientific reference for clinical fetal protection therapy.
