摘 要:目的分析健康教育对精神分裂症患者的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2021年12月洛阳市第五人民医院收治的复发性精神分裂症总共85例患者进行研究,结合随机数字表法分成对照组43例(在认知训练期间开展常规化的护理措施)和观察组42例(在对照组基础上加以健康教育),比较两组认知训练护理依从性、干预前后简明精神病症状量表(BPRS)、蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)以及生活质量量表(SQLS)得分情况。结果观察组在认知训练护理依从性(97.62%)高于对照组(79.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组BPRS得分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组各项BPRS得分均较前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组各项BPRS得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组MoCA得分与心理社会、症状/不良反应、运动精力方面的SQLS得分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组MoCA得分均较前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各项SQLS得分均较前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组MoCA得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各项SQLS得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者接受健康教育能提升其认知训练护理依从性,改善其精神病症状、认知功能和生活质量,效果理想,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of health education on schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 85 patients with recurrent schizophrenia admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Luoyang City from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the study.Combined with the random number table method,they were divided into 43 patients in the control group(routine nursing measures were carried out during cognitive training)and 42 patients in the observation group(health education was carried out on the basis of the control group).The cognitive training nursing compliance,brief psychiatric symptom scale(BPRS)before and after the intervention,Montreal cognitive scale(MoCA)and quality of life scale(SQL)scores were compared.Results The nursing compliance of cognitive training in the observation group(97.62%)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the BPRS scores of the two groups were higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BPRS scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of MoCA,psychosocial,symptom/adverse reaction and exercise energy between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than that before intervention,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the SQL scores were lower than that before intervention,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The MoCA scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the SQL scores were lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education for schizophrenic pati
