桉蛇止痒液抑制化合物48/80引起的急性瘙痒作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究桉蛇止痒液的止痒效果。方法:采用动物行为学研究方法研究不同配比桉蛇止痒液对化合物48/80引起的急性瘙痒的止痒作用。结果:配比为2∶8、3∶7、4∶6的桉蛇止痒液作用于小鼠0 min后对急性瘙痒小鼠的抑制率分别为52.53%、51.09%、61.95%,作用于小鼠15 min后对急性瘙痒小鼠的抑制率分别为43.50%、55.24%、48.97%,作用于小鼠30 min后对急性瘙痒小鼠的抑制率分别为38.99%、42.22%、46.22%。桉蛇止痒液不影响小鼠的强迫运动能力。结论:三种配比桉蛇止痒液均对被化合物48/80诱导的急性瘙痒具有抑制作用,配比为4∶6的桉蛇止痒液具有快速止痒作用。Objective To study the antipruritic effect of AnShe antipruritic liquid.Methods Animal behavior was used to study the antipruritic effect of different proportions of AnShe antipruritic liquid on acute itching caused by compound 48/80.Results The proportions of AnShe antipruritic liquid was 2∶8,3∶7 and 4∶6.The inhibition rates of them on acute itching mice were 52.53%,51.09%and 61.95%pretreated for 0 min,43.50%,55.24%and 48.97%pretreated for 15 min,38.99%,42.22%and 46.22%pretreated for 30 min,respectively.An She antipruritic liquid did not affect the forced motor ability of mice.Conclusion different proportions proportions of AnShe antipruritic liquid have an inhibition effect on acute itching induced by 48/80.The proportions of 4∶6 AnShe antipruritic liquid has a rapid antipruritic effect.
