摘　　要：目的:建立水蛭胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对水蛭胶囊中的水蛭进行定性鉴别,采用凝血酶滴定法对水蛭胶囊抗凝血酶活性进行测定。结果:水蛭的TLC色谱斑点清晰,分离度好。水蛭胶囊抗凝血酶活性均值为142.0 U/g。结论:本研究建立的质量标准方法简便、准确,可用于水蛭胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Shuizhi Capsule.Methods Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method was used to identify the Hirudo qualitatively in Shuizhi Capsule.Thrombin titration method was adopted for the antithrombin activity of Shuizhi Capsule.Results The TLC spots of Shuizhi were clear and displayed a good separation;Detected mean value of antithrombinis activation was 142.0 U/g.Conclusion The quality standard method established in this study is accurate,simple and can be used for the quality control of Shuizhi Capsule.
