摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱测定健心颗粒中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为SinoeChrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),检测波长203 nm,流速:1 mL/min,柱温25℃,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱。结果:人参皂苷Rg1回归方程:y=92.687x+7.0482(r=0.9990),线性范围为0.09143~2.744 mg/mL;人参皂苷Rb1回归方程:y=14.55x+0.1452(r=0.9994),线性范围为26.19~209.6μg/mL,健心颗粒中人参皂苷Rb1含量为1.715 mg/mL,人参皂苷Rg1含量为22.88mg/mL。结论:该法精密度高、准确性良好,方法简便快捷,可用于评价健心颗粒中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量。Objective To establish an HPLC-DAD method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 in Jianxin Granule.Method The analysis was performed on an SinoeChrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with gradient elution using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,the column temperature of 25℃.Result ginsenoside Rg1:y=92.687x+7.0482(r=0.9990),linear range:0.09143~2.744 mg/mL;ginsenoside Rb1:y=14.55x+0.1452(r=0.9994),linear range:26.19~209.6μg/mL.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and rapid,and can be used for the determination of the ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Jianxin Granule.
