基于关联规则和聚类分析研究治疗不孕症的组方规律

摘　　要：目的:应用关联规则和聚类分析对南京市妇幼保健院生殖中心治疗不孕症所用组方进行分析,探讨其治疗不孕症的用药规律及内在联系。方法:收集南京市妇幼保健院生殖中心周雪主任2020年6月到2020年12月之间为不孕症患者开出的处方,采用IBM SPSS MODELER 18.0软件进行分析。结果:纳入处方共602例,包含中药75味。补虚药和活血化瘀药使用频次最高,药性以温、平为主,药味以甘、苦、辛多见,归经频次较高为肝经、脾经、肾经、肺经。关联规则得出置信度与关联度较高的药物组合为:炒白芍-麸炒白术、麸炒白术-砂仁、炒白芍-砂仁-麸炒白术、白芍-桑寄生-麸炒白术等。通过聚类分析可以得到六个药组。结论:周雪主任治疗不孕症用药补祛结合,用药以补肾养血、活血祛瘀、芳香化湿为主,此治法与脾肾亏虚为本,痰湿阻滞为标的病机相吻合。Objective Apply association rules and cluster analysis to analyze the prescriptions used in the reproductive center of Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Hospital for the treatment of infertility,and explore the rules and internal connections of the drugs used in the treatment of infertility.Mehods Collect the prescriptions issued by Director Zhou Xue of the Reproductive Center of Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Hospital for infertility patients between June 2020 and December 2020,and analyze them with IBM SPSS MODELER 18.0 software.Results A total of 602 prescriptions were included,including 75 traditional Chinese medicines.Deficiency tonic drugs and blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs were the most frequently used,and their properties were mainly warm and flat,and their tastes were sweet,bitter and bitter,and the frequency of meridian passage was higher,including liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian and lung meridian.Association rule results show that common drug pairs include“Bai Shao-Bai Zhu”“Bai Zhu-Sha Ren”“Bai Shao-Sha Ren-Bai Zhu”“Bai Shao-Sang Ji Sheng-Bai Zhu”.6 medicine groups with relevance were respectively extracted by cluster analysis.Conclusion Director Zhou Xue's treatment of infertility combined with medicine tonic,and the main medicine is to nourish kidney and blood,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and aromatize dampness.This is consistent with the underlying pathogenesis of the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,and the block of qi,blood,phlegm and dampness as the superficial pathogenesis.
