自拟咽喉饮颗粒治疗燥毒恋喉型慢性咽炎80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:对临证应用咽喉饮颗粒治疗燥毒恋喉型慢性咽炎的临床疗效进行研究和评价。方法:收集燥毒恋喉型慢性咽炎患者80例,随机分成观察组、对照组,每组40例,对照组以中成药清咽滴丸治疗;观察组治以咽喉饮颗粒,详细记录治疗前后患者的临床症状及体征量表评分,整理数据并进行统计分析。结果:治疗结束,观察组显效率45.0%,对照组显效率为22.5%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后综合积分为(5.35±4.23),对照组治疗后综合积分为(8.58±5.15)(P<0.05);总有效率观察组为92.50%,对照组为87.50%(P>0.05)。结论:咽喉饮颗粒治疗燥毒恋喉型慢性咽炎有效;并且在整个改善患者不适症状、体征方面优于清咽滴丸;为临床治疗慢性咽炎提供了新颖的思路,值得临床进一步推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanhouyin Granule in treating noxious dryness chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pharyngitis who were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each group in 40 cases,the control group was treated with Qingyan dripping pillsand,the treatment group was treated with Yanhouyin granules.The clinical symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment were recorded in detail,and the data were collated and statistically analyzed.Results After the treatment,the marked efficiency in the treatment group was 45.0%,the significant efficiency in the control group was 22.5%,the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05);the comprehensive score of the treatment group after treatment(5.35±4.23)and the comprehensive score of the control group after treatment(8.58±5.15),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.50%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 87.50%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Yanhouyin granules are effective in treating chronic pharyngitis due to dry poison,throat and pharyngitis,and are superior to Qingyan dripping pills in improving the overall symptoms and signs of patients.They provide new ideas for clinical treatment of chronic pharyngitis and are worthy of clinical application.
