通痹活络汤联合虎符铜砭刮痧法及耳穴压豆治疗脑梗死疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨通痹活络汤联合虎符铜砭刮痧法与耳穴压豆治疗脑梗死临床疗效。方法:选取脑梗死患者97例,随机抽层法分为对照组、联合治疗组,对照组使用虎符铜砭刮痧法与耳穴压豆治疗,联合治疗组使用通痹活络汤联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组中医证候评分、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、红细胞比积、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平以及两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,对照组眩晕、不语、头痛评分高于联合治疗组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、CD8^(+)、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平高于联合治疗组,红细胞比积、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平低于联合治疗组(均P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通痹活络汤联合虎符铜砭刮痧法与耳穴压豆治疗脑梗死,可降低中医证候评分,改善患者血液流变学指标,调节T淋巴细胞水平,减轻炎症反应,治疗效果较好。Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of Tongbi Huoluo decoction combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping method and auricular point pressing beans on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:97 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group.The control group was treated with Hufu Tongbian scraping method and auricular acupoint pressing.The combined treatment group was treated with Tongbi Huoluo decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing.TCM syndrome score,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,hematocrit were compared between the two groups.The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)were detected by flow cytometry.The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of dizziness,silence and headache in the control group were higher than those in the combined treatment group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,CD8^(+),hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the control group were higher than those in the combined treatment group,while hematocrit,levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were lower than those in the combined treatment group(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongbi Huoluo decoction combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping method and auricular acupoint pressing bean in the treatment of cerebral infarction,the patient’s TCM syndrome score decreased,hemorheology improved,T lymphocyte level was regulated,inflammatory response were alleviated,and better effect.
