摘　　要：构建中国特色的国际关系理论和国际关系理论的中国学派,从理念到现实,彰显中国的学术自信与学术自觉,也引发国际学界的关注。近年来,西方理论创新不足,非西方国际关系理论抬头,全球国际关系学开始流行,激励了本土化、原生性中国理论的兴起。在数字/生态文明时代,以中华民族伟大复兴超越中国崛起思维,切实树立实现中华民族伟大复兴的大历史观、应对百年未有之大变局的大时代观、构建人类命运共同体的大未来观,充分发掘习近平外交思想的学术体系、理论体系、话语体系,创立人本主义国际关系理论的中华学派,才是正道。The Chinese School of international relations theory with Chinese characteristics highlights China’s academic confidence and consciousness from concept to reality, and this has attracted attention from international academic circles. In recent years, the lack of innovation in Western theories,the rise of non-western international relations theories and the ongoing trend of global international relations have encouraged the rise of local, original Chinese theories. In an era of digital and ecological civilization, it is the right way to surpass the old thinking of China’s rise with the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation, to set up a great-history view of the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation, to build a grand view of the era undergoing profound changes unseen in a century, and to establish a great future view of building a global community of shared future. It is also right to fully explore the academic, theoretical and discourse systems of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy and to establish the Chinese School of humanistic international relations theory.
