摘  要:目前,传统抗生素的滥用导致多重耐药病原菌的快速发展。银作为抗菌剂一直都发挥着重要的作用,同时银纳米结构可以通过增强其靶向性、载药效率和理化性质的调控等多种相互作用机制来抑制细菌生长。小尺寸的银纳米结构可以更有效地消除致病菌,但它容易聚集造成纳米材料的不稳定性。而与金、铂、钯等其他贵金属形成合金后,这些纳米材料的稳定性显著增强,同时保持抗菌活性。银基纳米合金通过释放银离子直接干扰细菌代谢,调节银合金表面等离子体共振吸附以实现近红外光热理疗,以及与铂或钯结合在细菌微环境下催化活性氧的产生来达到抗菌的目的。总结了银基纳米合金的抗菌效果,为进一步研究高效的抗菌活性应用提供指导。At present,the abuse of traditional antibiotics has led to the rapid development of multi-drug resistant pathogens.Silver has always played an important role as an antibacterial agent.At the same time,silver nanostructures can inhibit the growth of bacteria by enhancing its targeting,drug loading efficiency,and regulation of physical and chemical properties.The small-sized silver nanostructure can eliminate pathogenic bacteria effectively,but it is easy to aggregate and cause the instability of nanomaterial.After forming alloys with other precious metals such as gold,platinum and palladium,the stability of these nanomaterials was significantly enhanced while maintaining antibacterial activity.Silver-based nanoalloys directly interfere with bacterial metabolism by releasing silver ions,adjust the surface plasmon resonance adsorption of silver alloys to achieve nearinfrared photothermal physiotherapy,and combine with platinum or palladium to catalyze the production of active oxygen to achieve antibacterial purpose in the bacterial microenvironment.The antibacterial effect of silver-based nanoalloys was summarized to provide guidance for further research on the application of high-efficiency antibacterial activity.
