摘 要:以棉纱布为基材,采用离子交联和物理沉积法制备海藻酸钙水凝胶复合棉敷料,并通过原位聚合法得到互穿网络海藻酸钙/聚吡咯水凝胶复合棉敷料,研究其微观形貌、化学结构、溶胀行为、力学性能和电学性能。结果表明,所制备的互穿网络海藻酸钙/聚吡咯水凝胶复合棉敷料(SA/PPy/CG)的溶胀度为252.11%~281.51%,经向断裂强力为212.26~289.45 N,纬向断裂强力为117.14~142.40 N,与棉纱布经、纬向断裂强力相接近,说明纺织基材料提高了水凝胶的力学性能。海藻酸钙/聚吡咯水凝胶复合棉敷料的电导率为1.93×10^(-2)~4.13×10^(-2)S/m,并随着聚吡咯含量的增加而增加。基于已有研究,导电水凝胶可为伤口提供电信号来加速伤口的愈合速度,同时能为伤口提供湿性愈合环境,所制备的互穿网络海藻酸钙/聚吡咯水凝胶复合棉敷料有望应用于导电敷料领域。Using cotton gauze as the substrate,the calcium alginate hydrogel/cotton dressing is prepared by ion crosslinking and physical deposition,and the interpenetrating network calcium alginate/polypyrrole hydrogel/cotton dressing is obtained by in-situ polymerization.Then its microscopic morphology,chemical structure,swelling behavior,mechanical properties and electrical properties are studied.The results show that the swelling degree of the prepared interpenetrating network calcium alginate/polypyrrole hydrogel/cotton dressing(SA/PPy/CG)ranges from 252.11%to 281.51%,the longitudinal breaking strength ranges from 212.26 N to 289.45 N,and the latitudinal breaking strength ranges from 117.14 N to 142.40 N,which is close to the warp and weft breaking strength of cotton gauze,indicating that the textile-based material has an effective enhancement effect on the mechanical properties of the hydrogel.The electrical conductivity of the calcium alginate/polypyrrole hydrogel/cotton dressing is from 1.93×10^(-2)to 4.13×10^(-2)S/m,and it increases with the increase of the polypyrrole content.Based on existing research,conductive hydrogel could provide electrical signals for wounds to accelerate wound healing and at the same time provide a moist healing environment for wounds.The prepared interpenetrating network calcium alginate/polypyrrole hydrogel composite cotton dressing is expected to be used in the field of conductive dressings.
