摘　　要：分析了7.4 tex长绒棉/石墨烯黏胶纤维/珍珠纤维50/25/25混纺纱的纺纱工艺及技术要点。将石墨烯黏胶和珍珠纤维混合制作棉条时,开清棉和梳棉工序均应采用“少损伤,少落棉”的工艺原则;石墨烯黏胶/珍珠纤维棉条与精梳长绒棉棉条并合制作熟条时,应采用“大隔距,重加压”的工艺原则,保证棉条混合均匀;在粗纱和细纱工序,采用“小张力,大隔距”工艺来减少粗细节和断头。所开发的混纺纱质量稳定,性能优异,在家纺和服饰领域得到广泛应用。The spinning process and technical points of 7.4 tex long staple cotton/graphene viscose fiber/pearl fiber 50/25/25 blended yarn are analyzed.When blending graphene viscose and pearl fiber to make sliver,the principle of“less damage and less falling”should be adopted in the opening,cleaning and carding processes.When blending graphene viscose/pearl fiber sliver and combed long staple cotton sliver to make drawn sliver,the process principle of“large space and heavy pressure”should be adopted to ensure uniform blending of sliver.In roving and spinning process,the process of“small tension and large space”was adopted to reduce slubs,thin places and broken ends.The developed blended yarn has stable quality and excellent performance,and has been widely used in the field of home textiles and clothing.
