摘　　要：针对莱赛尔纤维和锦纶在混纺加工中存在的问题,以国产莱赛尔和锦纶6为原料,分别对纤维预处理和预混、梳理、并条、粗纱和细纱工艺进行优化配置,有效改善了莱赛尔/锦纶6混纺纱的可纺性和成纱质量。经测试,纺制的莱赛尔/锦纶662/38赛络紧密混纺纱的强度、条干、棉结纱疵、毛羽等各项指标均超过FZ/T 12065—2020优等品标准,可为后道新产品开发提供参考。In view of the problems existing in the blending processing of Lyocell fiber and nylon,using domestic lyocell and nylon 6 as raw materials,the fiber pretreatment and premixing,carding,drawing,roving and spinning processes are optimized respectively,which effectively improves the spinnability and yarn quality of Lyocell/nylon 6 blended yarn.After testing,the strength,evenness,NEP yarn defects,hairiness and other indicators of the spun Lyocell/nylon 662/38 Siro compact blended yarn can exceed the FZ/T 12065—2020 premium product standard,which can provide a reference for the development of new products in the future.
