摘  要:目前,国内织物涂料印染鉴别的试验方法研究尚属空白。我国为保障婴幼儿及儿童纺织品的质量安全,制定了GB 31701—2015《婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品安全技术规范》。其中规定了A类产品的重金属和邻苯二甲酸酯的限量要求“仅考核含有涂层和涂料印染的织物”,但文件并未给出统一、规范的织物印染是否为涂料印染的鉴别方法。为助力GB 31701—2015《婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品安全技术规范》的贯彻和执行,填补织物涂料印染鉴别领域试验方法的空白,拟采用显微镜观察法进行鉴别。经验证,此方法可以准确、有效地鉴别织物是否为涂料印染。At present,there is no test method for identification of pigment dyed or printed fabrics in China.In order to ensure the quality and safety of textiles for infants and children,the first national mandatory standard GB 31701—2015 Safety technical code for infants and children textile products was developed.The document specifies that,category A products with fabrics containing coatings and dyed or printed with pigments,shall conform to requirements of limitation for heavy metals(lead and Cadmium)and phthalates.However,the method for identification of pigment dyeing or printing is not provided.In order to help the good implementation of GB 31701—2015 Safety technical code for infants and children textile products,and for the first time to develop a standardized test method for identification of pigment dyeing or printing in China,a microscope observation method is studied.It is verified that this method could accurately and effectively identify whether the fabric is dyed or printed pigments.
