基于数据挖掘谢德聪教授治疗输卵管炎性不孕的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘方法分析谢德聪教授治疗输卵管炎性不孕的用药特点与组方规律,为中医药治疗输卵管炎性不孕提供参考。方法收集2019年1月-2021年1月谢德聪教授治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的门诊病例,提取并构建方药数据库,统计用药频次、主要功效、性味及归经分布情况,并对高频次用药进行关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果共纳入病例85例筛选出348首方剂,涉及160味中药,用药总频数4255次。主要使用补虚药、活血化瘀药、理气药及清热药为主;关联规则分析显示:当归-香附、茯苓、鸡血藤,续断-女贞子、党参是谢德聪教授调治输卵管炎性不孕的常用药对,二陈汤、膈下逐瘀汤加减是常用方剂。聚类分析结果以分为5类最佳。结论谢德聪教授运用补肾健脾兼以活血化瘀、清热利湿的方法治疗输卵管炎性不孕。Objective:Based on the data mining method,to analyze the characteristics and prescriptions of Professor Xie Decong's treatment of salpingitis infertility and to provide reference for the TCM treatment of salpingitis infertility.Methods:The outpatient cases of Professor Xie Decong's treatment of salpingitis infertility from January 2019 to January 2021 were collected,and a prescription database was extracted and constructed.The medication frequency,main efficacy,property and flavor and channel distribution were analyzed,and the association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed for high frequency medication.Results:A total of 85 cases were included,and 348 prescriptions were screened,involving 160 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medication was 4255 times.Mainly used medicines were ones to tonify deficiency,activate blood to remove stasis,regulate qi and clean heat.The association rule analysis showed that angelica-rhizoma cyperi,poria cocos,caulis spatholobus,teasel root and fructus lucidi-codonopsis were commonly used herbs for infertility by Professor Xie Decong's regulation and treatment of salpingitis.Erchen Decoction and Gexia Zhuyu Decoction are commonly used prescriptions.The cluster analysis results were best divided into 5 categories.Conclusion:Professor Xie Decong treats salpingitis infertility with the methods of tonifying the kidney and spleen,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and clearing heat to remove dampness.
