摘 要:集装箱码头的箱位分配是提高资源利用率和运作效率的关键因素,不合理的箱位分配会导致二次翻箱。因此,协同优化研究箱位分配与翻箱问题对集装箱码头提升效率具有重要意义。在该研究背景下,以最小化箱位选择过程的翻箱数量和龙门吊移动距离为目标,构建了多目标整数规划模型。由于该问题具有NP-Complete性质,提出了融入实践经验元素的调度策略,对集装箱的分配方案和阻塞箱的落箱位置进行多次筛选,并设计了集装箱综合调度的路径优化算法。研究结果表明,考虑集装箱同步进场和离场能有效减少不合理的箱位分配导致的二次翻箱,从而有效提高了堆场的作业效率,进而为集装箱港口运营商进行港口资源的调配与优化提供决策参考的理论依据。The storage allocation of containers is a key factor to improve the resource utilization rate and operation efficiency of container yards.Inapposite allocation would lead to second relocation of containers.Hence,the collaborative optimization research on the storage allocation and container relocation is great of significance to the efficiency improvement of container terminals.In order to minimize the relocation number of containers and the moving distance of gantry crane,a multiobjective integer programming model was constructed.It was an NP-Complete problem,so a scheduling strategy incorporating practical experience elements was proposed.The allocation schemes of containers and the slots of the relocation container were selected for many times,and a path optimum algorithm(POA)for container comprehensive scheduling was designed.The results show that considering the simultaneous arrival and departure of containers can effectively reduce the repeated relocation numbers of containers caused by the unreasonable storage allocations,and thus effectively improve the operation efficiency of the storage yard,and finally provide theory reference for decision-making of operators of container port to resource allocation and optimization.
