摘  要:为了提高大型球面滚子轴承的使用寿命,对大型球面滚子轴承进行优化设计。利用Workbench软件建立了切分轴承的静力学有限元分析模型,并使用多种优化模型对球面滚子轴承进行优化设计。以轴承的疲劳寿命、接触应力和切应力为目标函数,以接触角、滚子半径、滚子长度和滚子轮廓半径为设计变量,从几何结构、接触状态和接触强度三方面给出约束条件,求得轴承的最优结构参数,并对优化结果进行敏感度分析。优化结果表明,求得的最优结构参数可以有效提高大型球面滚子轴承的使用寿命。In this article,the large spherical roller bearing is subject to the optimal design,in order to improve its service life.The static finite-element model of the split bearing is set up by means of the Workbench software,and various models are adopted to optimize the design of the spherical roller bearing.The bearing’s fatigue life,contact stress and shear stress are taken as the objective functions;such factors as contact angle,roller radius,roller length,and roller contour radius are regarded as the design variables.The constraint conditions are given from three aspects of geometric structure,contact state and contact strength,in order to work out the bearing’s optimal structural parameters and carry out the sensitivity analysis on the optimization results.The results show that thanks to the optimal structural parameters,the large spherical roller bearing’s service life improves significantly.
