摘  要:为准确获取用户对汽车应急警示器的潜在需求,提高用户对产品的满意度系数,构建了模糊Kano/AHP/FBS/模糊综合评价集成创新设计评价模型,对汽车应急警示器进行设计与评价。通过调查问卷和评估表调研用户对于汽车应急警示器的潜在需求;采用模糊Kano模型对数据进行剖析和整理,确定质量要素类型并建立汽车应急警示器设计评价指标体系;通过AHP计算出各指标权重并进行优先排序,运用FBS模型进行功能—行为—结构的映射,得出相应的设计方案;采用模糊综合评价对设计方案进行评价。实例表明:模糊Kano/AHP/FBS/模糊综合评价集成创新设计评价模型可对汽车应急警示器的创新设计提供思路和参考。In order to accurately obtain the potential requirement for the automotive emergency warner,improve user satisfaction coefficient of the product,a fuzzy KANO/AHP/FBS/fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established integrated with innovation design to perform design and evaluation of automobile emergency warner.The potential requirement of user on automotive emergency warner was investigated through the questionnaire and evaluation sheet.The fuzzy Kano model was used to analyze and organize the data,and determine the type of quality element and an automotive emergency warning design evaluation index system was established.The weight of the indicator was prioritized ranked through AHP.The FBS model was used to map function,behavior and structure to obtain corresponding design scheme.The design scheme was evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The instance showed that the fuzzy Kano/AHP/FBS/Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of integrated innovation design evaluation model could provide ideas and references to the innovative design of automotive emergency warner.
