摘 要:目的:研究水煎煮条件下知母新芒果苷和芒果苷的转化关系。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温为30℃;检测波长为258 nm;进样量为10μL;对不同来源的15批次知母未经水煎煮和经水煎煮的样品进行新芒果苷和芒果苷含量测定,并比较结果。结果:经水煎煮后,知母中的新芒果苷的含量降低,而芒果苷含量升高。结论:水煎煮条件下,知母新芒果苷可部分转化为芒果苷,可为知母相关制剂进一步开发研究提供相关参考。Objective:To study the transformation relationship between neomangiferin and mangiferin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.Methods:The experiment used an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(5μm,250×4.6 mm)chromatographic column.Acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature is 35℃.The detection wavelength is 258 nm.The injection volume is 10μL.The contents of neomangiferin and mangiferin in 15 batches of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae from different sources were determined,and the results were compared.Results:After decocting in water,the content of neomangiferin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae decreased and the content of mangiferin increased.Conclusion:The new mangiferin of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae could be partly converted into mangiferin under the condition of water decoction.It can provide relevant reference for the further development and research of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae related preparations.
