摘  要:旅游规划是在大量知识积累的基础上,将感性化思维与理性化执行、艺术化构思与技术性呈现有机结合,创造性地解决某一旅游发展问题的高级复杂脑力劳动。旅游规划师属于佛罗里达所说的“超级创意核心阶层”,需要具备创造、观察、合作协调、预测、审美、执行能力,提出解决旅游发展问题的差异化系统性解决方案。旅游规划师的劳动过程较少地受劳动场所和工具的限制,随时可以继起;其劳动产品属于无形性的智力成果,重在异质性使用价值和现实指导意义。这要求对旅游规划师和劳动过程进行创意管理,完善协调和激励机制,提高规划创意的质量和转化效率。Tourism planning is the advanced and complex intellectual work of creatively solving a tourism development problem, based on the accumulation of a large amount of knowledge, combining emotional thinking with rational implementation, artistic conception with technical presentation. Tourism planners belong to what Florida calls the "super creative core class", which requires the ability to create, observe, collaborate, coordinate, predict, aesthetically, execute, and propose differentiated systemic solutions to tourism development problems. Their working process is less restricted by the workplace and tools, and can be succeeded at any time;their working products are intangible intellectual achievements, focusing on heterogeneous use value and practical guidance.This calls for creative management, improved coordination and incentive mechanisms for tourism planners and their working process, to improve the quality and efficiency of planning ideas.
