油井合理采液量算法研究与应用

摘　　要：针对油井产状不合理,产液量超过渗流最大值,骨架破坏、地层出砂、产量下降等问题,根据油井动态渗流方程,对试井稳定产量(Q)与对应的动液面(S)下降高度数据进行处理,确定渗流方程;以地层渗透率、孔隙度等参数计算油层解堵最小负压,作为生产压差,并折算为动液面下降高度(S),代入渗流方程得到合理产量。该产量下的井底负压为油井解堵最小负压,避免了负压过大导致骨架破坏出砂,引起产量下降。该方法在油田进行了5井次应用,结合油井生产历史数据分析,当生产液量大于合理产液量后,油井出砂严重,油井以合理产液量进行生产,能够满足油井稳产的要求。Aiming at the problems of unreasonable oil well occurrence,liquid production exceeding the maximum seepage value,skeleton damage,formation sand production and production decline,according to the oil well dynamic seepage equation,the data of stable production(Q)of well test and the corresponding falling height of dynamic liquid level(S)are processed to determine the seepage process.The minimum negative pressure of reservoir unblocking is calculated based on the parameters such as formation permeability and porosity,which is taken as the production pressure difference,converted into the falling height of dynamic liquid level(S),and substituted into the seepage equation to obtain the reasonable production.The bottom hole negative pressure under this production is the minimum negative pressure for oil well plugging removal,which avoids the framework damage and sand production caused by excessive negative pressure and the decline of production.This method has been applied to five wells in the oilfield.Combined with the analysis of the historical data of oil well production,when the production liquid volume is greater than the reasonable production liquid volume,the sand production of the oil well is serious,and the oil well is produced with the reasonable production liquid volume,which can meet the requirements of stable production of the oil well.
