摘  要:油田产液处理过程中会产生大量生产污水,目前生产污水水量已占整个海上油田所产污水总量的76%左右,由于海上油田各平台水处理后均采取回注或排海的模式,因此高效的处理含油污水已成为海上油田生产中最急需解决的问题之一。在此针对海上油田的某区块,通过对浮选剂作用机理的研究,设计出了所需的分子结构,并筛选了合适的单体、聚合方法,进行室内评价,确定了浮选剂的最佳合成条件。对合成的产品进行了室内评价,通过与目前现场所用浮选剂的对比,证明合成的浮选剂具有较好的气浮效果。同时,将其在海上油田某区块平台进行应用,现场效果良好,生产污水处理效果有很大提升。A large amount of production sewage will be produced in the process of oilfield liquid production treatment.At present,the amount of production sewage accounts for about 76%of the total sewage produced by the whole offshore oilfield.Therefore,efficient treatment of oily wastewater has become one of the most urgent problems in offshore oilfield production.In this paper,through the study of the action mechanism of flotation agent in a block of offshore oilfield,the required molecular structure is designed,the suitable monomers and polymerization methods are selected,the indoor evaluation is carried out,and the optimal synthesis conditions of flotation agent are determined.The synthetic product is evaluated indoors.By comparing with the flotation agent used in the field,it is proved that the synthetic flotation agent has better air flotation effect.It has been applied in a block platform of offshore oil field,and the production sewage treatment effect is greatly improved.
