摘　　要：目的 探讨骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者应用互联网+康复护理服务的效果及对其腰椎功能恢复的影响。方法 选择2019年11月至2021年8月荆州市第一人民医院脊柱外科收治的102例OVCF患者为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各51例。对照组采取骨科常规护理,观察组在骨科常规护理的基础上采取互联网+康复护理服务。对比2组患者的自我效能、腰椎生物力学参数、腰椎功能恢复情况和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)。结果 术后3个月,2组患者的骨质疏松症自我效能量表各维度评分及总分、日本骨科学会评分和ADL评分均较出院时升高,且相比于对照组,观察组均更高,比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。术后3个月,2组患者的骨折椎体压缩程度、骨折椎体后凸Cobb角均较入院时减小(P均<0.05);观察组均小于对照组,但均无统计学差异(P均> 0.05)。结论 互联网+康复护理服务可提高OVCF患者的自我效能,有助于改善其腰椎功能,提高其日常生活能力。Objective To explore the effect of Internet plus rehabilitation nursing service on the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF)and its influence on the recovery of lumbar function. Methods A total of 102 OVCF patients who were admitted to the Department of Spine Surgery at the First People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City from November 2019 to August 2021 were enrolled and divided into an observation group and a control group via random number table method,with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine orthopedic nursing,while the observation group received Internet plus rehabilitation nursing services on the basis of routine orthopedic nursing. The self-efficacy,biomechanical parameters of lumbar spine,recovery of lumbar function,and Activities Of Daily Living Scale(ADL)were compared between the two groups. Results At 3 months after operation,the dimension scores and total scores of Osteoporosis Self-Efficacy Scale and the scores of the Japanese Orthopedic Association and ADL in the two groups were higher than those at discharge(all P< 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the observation group has higher scores(all P<0. 05). At 3 months after operation,the compression degree and kyphosis Cobb angle of fractured vertebral body in the two groups were decreased compared with those at admission(all P< 0. 05). The parameters of the observation group were less than those of the control group,but there were no significant differences(both P> 0. 05). Conclusion Internet plus rehabilitation nursing service can improve the self-efficacy,lumbar function,and activities of daily living of OVCF patients.
