中医情志护理联合揿针疗法对剖宫产产妇子宫复旧和负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨行剖宫产的产妇在术后接受中医情志护理联合揿针疗法对其负性情绪和子宫复旧的影响。方法 以2019年10月至2020年10月在中山市中医院接受剖宫产的104例产妇作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。所有患者均接受常规护理,对照组在此基础上接受揿针疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上增加中医情志护理。对比2组的宫缩疼痛、子宫复旧情况和负性情绪。结果 术后1 d、 3 d,观察组产妇的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。术后42 d,2组的子宫体积均较同组术后7 d减小(P均<0.05),且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d、 7 d,2组的宫底高度均较同组术后1 d下降(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。术后42 d,2组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均较同组术后1 d降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 中医情志护理联合揿针疗法有助于减轻产妇剖宫产术后的宫缩疼痛,促进子宫复旧,缓解负性情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with press needle therapy on the negative emotions and uterine involution of women after cesarean section. Methods A total of 104 women undergoing cesarean section in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 were included and divided into control and observation groups by random number table method,each with 52 cases. All patients received routine nursing. The patients in the control group additionally received press needle therapy,and the patients in the observation group additionally received traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing and press needle therapy. The contraction pain,uterine involution,and negative emotions were compared between the two groups. Results On the 1st and 3rd day after operation,the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P< 0. 05). On the 42nd day after operation,the uterine volume of the two groups was decreased compared with that on the 7th day after operation(both P< 0. 05),and the uterine volume of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P< 0. 05). On the 3rd and 7th day after operation,the fundal height of the two groups was decreased compared with that on the 1st day after operation(all P< 0. 05),and the fundal height of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(both P< 0. 05). On the 42nd day after operation,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the two groups were lower than those on the 1st day after operation(all P< 0. 05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P< 0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with press needle therapy can help reduce the contraction pain of women after cesarean section,promote the uterine involution,and relieve the negative emotions.
