中医护理适宜技术在老年男性患者肛肠手术后尿潴留中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析在行肛肠手术后发生尿潴留的老年男性患者中应用中医护理适宜技术的价值及对临床效果。方法 以2020年1月至2021年11月在徐州市中医院接受肛肠手术后发生尿潴留的80例老年男性患者为研究对象,根据随机信封法分为对照组和观察组。对照组40例予以常规护理,观察组40例实施中医护理适宜技术。比较2组的临床效果、残余尿量、自行排尿时间、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果 观察组的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。观察组的残余尿量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组的自行排尿时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。干预7d后,2组的生活质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)4个维度评分均比干预前有所升高(P均<0.05),且观察组的评分均比对照组高(P均<0.05)。结论 将中医护理适宜技术应用于行肛肠手术后发生尿潴留的老年男性患者,临床效果显著,可以明显改善其排尿功能、疼痛程度和生活质量。Objective To analyze the value of appropriate nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in the elderly male patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery and the clinical efficacy. Methods Eighty elderly male patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery in Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to November 2021 were recruited.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into control and observation groups. The 40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and the 40 cases in the observation group were given appropriate nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy,residual urine volume,spontaneous urination time,pain intensity,and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was95. 00%,which was higher than 77. 50% of the control group(P< 0. 05). The residual urine volume of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P< 0. 05),and the spontaneous urination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P< 0. 05). After 7 days of intervention,the scores of four dimensions of the Quality of Life Questionnaire Brief Version(QOL-BREF)in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(all P< 0. 05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P< 0. 05).Conclusion The appropriate nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine has significant clinical efficacy on elderly male patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery,which can significantly improve their urination function and quality of life and reduce the pain intensity.
