何首乌中1个新的二苯乙烯苷类化合物

摘　　要：目的:对何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.干燥块根的70%乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究。方法:采用DM-8型大孔吸附树脂、十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(ODS)、Sephadex LH-20和制备高效液相色谱等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,利用质谱和现代波谱学技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从何首乌70%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(E)-2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6′-棕榈酸酯(1)、顺式-大黄素-大黄素甲醚二蒽酮(2)、反式-大黄素-大黄素甲醚二蒽酮(3)、儿茶素(4)、表儿茶素(5)和(E)-2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)。结论:化合物1为新的二苯乙烯苷类化合物,命名为何首乌辛素。化合物2和3均为首次从何首乌中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the70%ethanol extract from the dried roots of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb..Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by DM-8 macroporous resin,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,high performance liquid chromatography,among others.Their structures were identified based on mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Results:Six compounds were isolated and identified as(E)-2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-6′-palmitate(1),cis-emodin-physcion bianthrone(2),trans-emodinphyscion bianthrone(3),catechin(4),epicatechin(5),and(E)-2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-α-L-rhamnoside(6),respectively.Conclusion:Compound 1 is a new compound named as polygonimitin H,and compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
