中药鼠妇虫基原问题探讨

摘　　要：中药鼠妇虫的基原在历版《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)、各地方标准和中药学专著中记载不一,市售鼠妇虫药材中混伪现象严重。通过梳理药用鼠妇虫的历史沿革、进行实地考察和标本鉴定,认为历代本草所载鼠妇基原动物为缘潮虫科中华蒙潮虫Mongoloniscus sinensis (Dollfus)。建议将《中国药典》收载的鼠妇虫分列为鼠妇虫和平甲虫2种药材,平甲虫基原物种为普通卷甲虫Armadillidium vulgare (Latreille)、鼠妇虫基原物种修订为中华蒙潮虫M. sinensis (Dollfus),使之更符合药用历史及目前市场实际情况。The original animal of the Chinese medicinal material Shufu varies in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(hereafter referred to as Chinese Pharmacopoeia), local standards, and Chinese medicine monographs.The mixture of genuine and adulterants of Shufu is common in the market. By review of medicinal use history, field investigation, and specimen identification, we concluded that the original animal of Shufu in ancient materia medica books is Mongoloniscus sinensis(Dollfus). Further, we propose to classify the Shufu in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia into two types of medicinal materials: Shufu and Pingjiachong, the original animals of which should be revised as Armadillidium vulgare(Latreille) and M. sinensis(Dollfus), respectively. Such classification is more in line with the medicinal use history and the actual market situation.
